Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of QuickServe Minot Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We provide professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub trimming. All services are provided by trained professionals following industry safety standards.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all services. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, accessibility, and scope of work discovered during service. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with the work.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We schedule services based on availability and weather conditions. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or safety concerns.

Property Access and Safety

You grant us access to your property for the duration needed to complete the work. You agree to keep pets and people at a safe distance during service. We will take reasonable care to protect your property but are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues beyond our control.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A service fee may apply for returned checks.

Liability and Insurance

We carry full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for hidden defects in trees, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage resulting from acts of nature.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any required permits for tree removal or work in your area. We can advise you on local regulations but cannot guarantee permit approval.

Warranty

We stand behind our work and will address any issues resulting from our services. However, we cannot guarantee the health or survival of trees, as many factors beyond our control affect tree vitality.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
